Job Responsibilities

Understand and implement dealership sales process
Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
Present and demonstrate inventory
Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
Education and/or Experience

Service Manager – Franchise Automotive Dealership

Job Responsibilities

Conduct daily one-on-one client status meetings with each ASM to identify potential service issues
Monitor automotive repair/maintenance to prevent operational delays
Work with service director to set departmental objectives
Recruit, interview and train service staff
Maintain daily sales and production records as prescribed by upper management
Review and evaluate service sales performance
Staff technical teams relative to production requirements
Remain current on new products and changes to existing products
Maintain department finances within parameters established by upper management
Assure proper repair-order flow/maximize productivity
Monitor/control all warranty activity to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Adhere to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
Administer payroll for service staff in cooperation with payroll department, securing approval from service director and general manager
Enforce OSHA requirements, procedures and regulations
Conduct performance evaluations
Participate in operational planning
Maintain the facility and equipment
Conduct weekly department meetings/attend weekly manager meetings
Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 2 to 4 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Service Cashier
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Service Cashier. The Service Cashier processes monetary and credit card transactions as well as completes and closes repair orders for the dealership’s clients.
Job Responsibilities

Prints repair orders, parts invoices, bills, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due
Records amounts received and prepare cash reports of transactions
Balances cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
Processes repair orders Operates credit card and "Telecheck" machines
Maintains records of daily transaction documentation
Calculates discounts, coupons and charges and apply to proper accounts on repair order
Prepares daily bank deposits
Processes and receives Finance and Insurance (F&I) and necessary sales monies
Knows and understands extended service policies, and processes extended warranty payments for repair orders
Assists in scheduling courtesy transportation
Processes mail
Assists receptionist with phone calls and booking apointments 
Attends department meetings
Education/Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experienced Toyota Line Technician – Now Hiring
Join Our Team!
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Line Technician to join our Toyota dealership service team. If you have strong diagnostic and repair skills, take pride in your work, and are looking for a professional shop environment, we want to hear from you.

Position Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles accurately and efficiently.
Perform electrical, mechanical, drivability, engine, transmission, brake, suspension, HVAC, and other automotive repairs.
Perform complete vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair procedures to identify and correct vehicle concerns.
Complete repairs according to Toyota factory and dealership standards.
Perform quality inspections and road tests as required.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and other technicians.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Stay current with automotive technology, Toyota technical information, and repair procedures.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional automotive technician experience.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
Must have your own professional automotive tools.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Toyota dealership experience is preferred.
ASE certifications and/or Toyota certifications are a plus.
Must be dependable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team.
