F&I Producer & Sales Consultant

Pay: $3,300/month base draw against commission, plus commission and F&I bonus on every deal. Experienced producers typically earn between $3,300 and $10,000+ per month based on performance.

Honda of Bellingham is hiring an experienced professional to handle finance and sales in one role—writing and structuring deals, presenting F&I products, and supporting customers on the sales floor. If you know F&I compliance well, enjoy working directly with customers, and want your income tied to your results, we'd like to talk.

What you'll do

• Structure, contract, and close deals with accuracy and integrity
• Present F&I products—service contracts, GAP, and aftermarket options
• Verify paperwork and handle funds on cash, finance, and lease transactions
• Secure lender approvals and stay current on lender programs and rates
• Manage leases, balloons, cancellations, and compliance requirements
• Support the sales floor and help develop newer team members

What you bring

• Automotive F&I and/or sales experience
• Solid understanding of lender programs and compliance
• A customer-first approach and consistently accurate paperwork
