Jackson Automotive Group | Pacific Northwest
Jackson Automotive Group is seeking experienced Automotive Sales Managers who are ready for greater autonomy, meaningful leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
As a family-owned and operated automotive group, we believe exceptional results come from exceptional people. Our leadership philosophy is built on trust, accountability, professional development, and an unwavering commitment to the customer experience.
We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to work a deal. We're looking for proven leaders who understand how to build a team, develop talent, make sound business decisions, and create a culture where employees and customers want to be.
We believe strong managers should be empowered to manage.
At Jackson Automotive Group, you'll have the opportunity to influence daily operations, contribute to dealership strategy, develop your people, and take ownership of performance.
We value managers who think beyond today's sales board and understand that sustainable success requires strong processes, consistent coaching, disciplined inventory management, and a customer-first mentality.
You'll be part of a leadership team that values collaboration, welcomes new ideas, and expects every manager to contribute to the continued improvement of our business.
Lead, coach, and develop sales consultants to achieve individual and dealership performance goals.
Take ownership of sales production, gross profit, closing ratios, and customer satisfaction.
Structure and negotiate vehicle transactions while balancing profitability and customer relationships.
Participate in recruiting, onboarding, training, and retaining high-performing sales professionals.
Assist with trade appraisals, inventory management, merchandising, and inventory turn.
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Establish clear performance expectations and consistently hold team members accountable.
Collaborate with finance, service, and dealership leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain compliance with dealership policies and applicable regulations.
This is not an entry-level management opportunity.
Qualified candidates will have:
Previous automotive sales management experience.
Demonstrated success in sales production, profitability, and team development.
Strong deal-structuring, negotiation, and trade-appraisal skills.
The ability to coach and develop salespeople rather than simply close deals for them.
Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
A disciplined approach to performance management and accountability.
Integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Most importantly, we're looking for leaders who take ownership. People who see problems and work to solve them, develop employees instead of simply replacing them, and understand that their success is measured by the performance of their team.
Competitive, performance-based compensation
Employee benefits package
Paid time off
Professional development and advancement opportunities
Employee vehicle purchase and service benefits
A collaborative, family-owned dealership environment
Greater involvement in operational decisions and dealership performance

We're building a leadership team, not simply filling management positions.
